How do I book?

  1. Simply choose a date for the massage visit to your office.
  2. Book a meeting room.
  3. Choose your payment option – company funded reward or staff paying individually.
  4. Email  with an estimated number of staff.
  5. We will send the forms to be completed prior to the visit.
  6. If staff pay for their massage in full, they will receive a receipt after the treatment to claim with their private Health Fund.
  7. Health History form – must be completed by all new clients. Please click to download, fill it in ahead of time and bring this along to your appointment for the Therapist.
  8. Sit back and relax

Private Health for staff

Recent changes in Private Health means that ``mobile massage`` is no longer covered by most Health Funds. We suggest that clients contact their individual Health Fund to find out if they can claim for mobile massage. Each Health Fund is different and even though we are registered practitioners, we can no longer guarantee your Health Fund will give you a rebate.

Sheree gave up her desk job in 2006 to become a Massage Therapist, so she understands the challenges and symptoms of office work and how to manage chronic pain.  She loves working in the corporate environment and the best part of her job is making someone’s day at work!

Sheree brings a range of skills to the table, she is passionate about improving her client’s health and wellbeing by treating musculoskeletal dysfunctions, preventing injuries and reducing stress. Her treatment philosophy is to individualise each massage with a combination of remedial, deep tissue and relaxation techniques to restore energy and balance in the body. She has treated a range of clients in clinical practice, workplace environments, mobile massage, corporate health days and sports events over the last ten years.

Aran started his career as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2002.  He graduated with a Bachelor in Musculoskeletal Therapy from Endeavour College, in 2007. Aran is also qualified in teaching Pilates and Aikido. During his 15 year career he has worked with Cricket Australia and treated elite sports players at all levels. Aran is also a part-time Lecturer at a Registered Training Organisation in Brisbane.

Katrina is a qualified Massage Therapist who is committed to the long-term health of her clients as well as assisting with pain management. She has a passion for health and fitness and her goal is to make a valuable contribution to her client’s wellbeing, while further developing her massage and consultation skills. Katrina is currently studying a Bachelor of Science and aims to finish her Psychology major in 2016.

Katrina likes participating in obstacle run events such as Tough Muddah and doing the Gold Coast Marathon. She enjoys kayaking, laser tag, group fitness classes, weight training, hiking, jogging and swimming. Above all, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, especially her two children aged two and eight years.

Lauren has five years of clinical experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist and has just recently graduated with a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Therapy. 

Lauren has a keen interest in treating head, neck and jaw pain due to her own experience with stress related tension and teeth grinding.

Her treatments focus on her client’s unique health goals and her aim is to leave you feeling nurtured, empowered and connected.
